Melanie from Holistic Headspace. Sound healing is an ancient healing modality, which through vibration, resonance and rhythm can stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the rest and digest system, which helps us release stress and enter a more harmonious state of being.
Through her study of Nada Yoga and practice over the years, Melanie has harnessed different techniques using the vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls. This modality can help people who find it difficult to switch off and move away from the constant thoughts, releasing stress from the mind and body as well as facilitating and deepening meditation practice.

"I was fortunate enough to attend Holly's yoga class. I was a little nervous in the beginning as I am middle aged, a little tight and had never done anything like this before. I was soon put at ease as I found Holly to be warm and caring and instructed from the heart. I felt no sense of judgement and completely supported throughout the class, by the end I felt a great sense of achievement while attaining a feeling of peace and freedom. I also noticed the connection she created with all the other attendees which is why I would highly recommend Holly to everyone."

"I took my daughter to see Holly and she was great. My daughter was very comfortable with Holly. Holly was very professional, easy to get along with and has a lovely room all set up with calming (but not corny!) music playing. I highly recommend her good value service. "
